Shipping Policy

How shipping works

All of our gear is custom-made to your team's design. Orders are made to order — they go into production after payment is received and your design details are confirmed.

Production time

Custom orders take 20 days to produce before shipping. Large team and uniform orders may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you before production starts.

Shipping time and cost

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $7.95 per order, and orders of $100 or more ship FREE. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email. Local pickup in the Upper Marlboro, MD area is available by arrangement — contact us before ordering.

Delays

If anything about your timeline changes, we will contact you at the email or phone number on your order. First and Ten Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will help you track it down.
