Custom orders

Because custom gear is made to your team's design — including team names, player names, and jersey numbers — custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or spelling submitted by the customer. Please double-check sizes, names, and numbers before you order. Size options are listed on every product page.

Our mistakes and defects — we make it right

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error we made (wrong size shipped, wrong name/number printed, wrong item), contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will repair, remake, or replace the item at no cost to you.

Non-custom items

Stock (non-personalized) items can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Contact us first to arrange the exchange.

How to start a claim

Email us at info@firstandtenapparel.com with your order number. We answer within 2 business days.
