- By ordering from First and Ten Apparel you agree to these terms.

- Product photos are mockups that show the design and style. Finished custom gear is made to the colors, names, and numbers you submit at checkout.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of team names, player names, numbers, sizes, and colors on your order. We produce what is submitted.

- Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

- We may contact you to confirm design details before production. Production timelines start after details are confirmed.

- If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a later date, or a refund for that item.

- These terms can be updated on this page at any time.
